A trademark protects your company’s identifying marks so that no other company can use them. The term “Trademark Classes” or “Trademark Classification” signifies the categories under which a service provider or owner can obtain Trademark Registration in India.
Trademark registration consists of 45 classes which are based on the kind of goods and services that are grouped into various classes. Out of which 34 classes or categories comes under the domain of “TM Class for Goods”, and remaining 11 comes under the “TM Class for Services”.
According to NICE Organization, Trademark Class 4 comprises industrial oils, greases, fuels, and illuminates. It also comprises Industrial oils and greases, lubricants, dust absorbing, wetting and binding compositions, fuels (including motor spirit) and illuminates, candles and wicks for light.
